After purchase, could I exchange the AirPods Pro for the AirPods (received as part of the Back to School Promotion) and be refunded?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

I want to buy a MacBook Air, but unsure which AirPods to pick as part of the Back to School promotion. If I pick the AirPods Pro (CA$110), but then decide I would rather have the AirPods (which would have been no additional charge originally) and keep the MacBook Air, can I just exchange the AirPods Pro for the AirPods and be refunded the additional CA$110 I originally paid? Thanks!

It's probably best to do the Airpods to Airpods Pro upgrade during the iPad purchase, which the promo terms and conditions states is allowable. These T&Cs seem to indicate you can also return the Airpods and exchange for the Pros after paying the difference.

Thanks. The T&Cs seem to indicate that Apple would not refund the $110 if one was to go from AirPods Pro to AirPods - am I reading this correctly?

Possibly. Maybe call or chat with Apple Store Support to clarify the terms.
