After standby - slow reconnect to Wifi

Hello,
macbook pro m2 and MacOS latest version aka 14.1 (23B74).

When I open my macbook after sleep / standby the reconnecting to WiFi takes 5 to 8 seconds. WiFi connection it there straight away aka its connected to the hotspot (not a wifi hotstop issues).

Is there some bug that was introduced?
