After the upgrade I can't find the Video app on my iPhone 4

Does anyone know how to restore a Video app to show up on my iPhone 4 that I upgraded to iOS 5? Then only way that I can launch the app is by searching for it. I also tried in iTunes on the Apps area where you can reorganize apps to different screens but it is not there either.

Mine was MIA also but rebooting the iPhone 4 brought it back (hold down Home + Power button until you see the Apple & then let go of both.) I found it mixed in on an established page in a new location.

Also check your "Restrictions" settings and make sure it's set correctly
