Ever since Microsoft OneDrive app for iOS has updated to 16.2.3 and 16.2.4, some folders/ files in the account are not visible on the OneDrive app for iOS.

Some folders/ files become visible randomly and then again disappear on their own. The erratic behaviour of folders is not peculiar to only particular folders. Instead the folders that are behaving erratically change randomly.

However, all the files and folders are visible when login to the account on the web www.onedrive.live.com on all devices. All the file and folders are also visible when login to the account on OneDrive app on Windows and macOS on all devices. However only Partial folders are visible on OneDrive app in iOS on all iPhones. The files saved to OneDrive account on iPhone using iOS share sheet also fails.

Hence this issue is clearly of OneDrive app for iOS.

I Have tested the usual methods- clearing cache, logout and re-login on the OneDrive app on iOS, uninstalling the app and re-installing it etc. I have also reinstalled iOS on the iPhone and then installed the OneDrive app afresh.

But the problem remains.

Anyone else also facing this issue.

I'm not seeing it here -- iPhone 16 Pro, OneDrive 16.2.4.

What is the time frame? Do you see this happening before your eyes, or is it differences each time you close and open the app?

You've tried the things I would try, except I might try moving everything off OneDrive, waiting, then move files back to OneDrive and see.

Yes I had the same.

I made a new folder on my account on the web version, added some photos to it and then everything showed back up on the app.

I have done all- restart phone, logout and re-login to app, uninstall app and re-install app, install iOS afresh, re-install app etc.
problem remains.
