Anyone having problem viewing RAM preview on Adobe After Effect CS5.5 after updating to Sierra 10.12.6?

Suddenly RAM preview doesn't play video (has audio) when I click on the RAM preview button.

Any suggestions?

I'd suggest that if you need to keep using CS5.5, you should revert your operating system to one that supports that version of AfterEffects.

How can I revert back to 10.12.1?

That's just how to get back to 10.12.x from 10.13.x. The only way you can get to 10.12.1 is to either restore from an older backup or reformat your disk and reinstall Sierra using an old 10.12.1 installer. The only installer for Sierra that Apple makes available is for 10.12.6.
Reverting back to an older version of macOS is a nontrivial process.
