After upgraded to ios 10, iphone 5 turn black and white

With iphone 5 upgraded to ios 10 after a day turn black and white no color, what happen ?

As in everything on the screen has no color? Have you checked some accessibility settings like the one for grayscale to see if they might have gotten enabled accidentally?

Out of curiosity... does it turn back on if you triple tap the home button? Trying to think of why it would show up randomly.
