I just updated my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) to High Sierra 10.13.4 and noticed that whenever I put my iMac to sleep mode, it's screen black-out instantly rather than fading out like it used to. Is there anyone who has the same issue or is it just me?

I'm pretty sure this is intended. My late 2012 iMac's screen instantly turned black after going into sleep mode while my iMac Pro would first dim the screen then turn black before the 10.13.4 update.

#LaptopLife. :p

But anyway, I don't see why this is too big of an issue. I get that it's annoying and less satisfying, but I don't see how you could get upset over it.

only way is to downgrade to 10.13.3. It happens on all Mac, not only iMac Pro Pro
