After Ziphone, 3rd party apps invisible except for in installer.app

i went from 1.1.1 jailbreaked to 1.1.4 and used ziphone on it. it seemed to work and installer is there now, but all my apps that i had previously installed are gone. they are all listed in the installer app under the uninstall tab, so they're there but i can't see them. weird. help.

this is on an iphone by the way.
