Guys - I got a replacement aftermarket screen at a reputed store nearby for $70 but am having some weird battery issues a week later - the phone charges itself to 100% but then if I keep charger connected, it comes back to 40% in the morning when I wake up. This never occurred with the original display

Do you think these things could be connected or it's just co-incidental they are occurring about the same time?

Thanks

now i see it

That's not "normal" in anyone's book. Not even a lame iOS upgrade will tank the battery that fast.
The coincidence seems suspicious. I'd talk to the repair shop

So no way a bad display or bad screen/parts can cause this degradation of battery life?
