I sent the below email to the company which describes the issue. Does anyone have any other brand they can recommend where this is not an issue? The company is podaccessoires. Specifically with large tips.

First and foremost I love the gel tips in terms of fit and sound quality. But unfortunately the large tip cause charging issues in the case and I am out of patience with finding a dead air pod each morning even though the case is on the charger. My guess is the large tip prevent a charging connection and I am totally frustrated. I have been patient with this issue for over a year and have carefully placed the Air pods Pro’s in the case and confirmed a connection with a blink of the charge light. That said, any movement will cause a disconnection from charging where the Air pod thinks it is out of the case and connects to my phone ALL night and results in a dead air pod. Getting on my Peloton with a dead air pod is frustrating. I went back to the Apple originals.
Before I try another brand, have you made any improvements or addressed this issue?
Here is one of my order numbers for reference. I have ordered a few times for my girlfriend and I. The Medium and Small work fine for her.
