Aftermarket tips for extra large ears?

I can't seem to get a good seal with my AirPods Pro, particularly on one side. I have a particularly large head (use XL motorcycle helmet) so I'm assuming I have extra large ears. I'm hoping someone has found a solution in perhaps an aftermarket set of tips that worked.
