Again mail problem

Hi guys,


When I try to add a new mail it keeps saying I put incorrect info, but it is the right info. I cant find a solution for it and I need it for my work.



For the people who dont understand Dutch it says:

Mail didnt managed to log in onto the POP-server 'mail.marketingoriginal.com'. Check if you fill in the right info. When the info is incorrect you can not receive any mail.



What to do next?

What kind of information do you need?

More than nothing....which is all you provided. You really should be working this out with your email provider.

The account has to set up with a POP account.

- The username and password are correct.
- Also the incoming server as outgoing server.

Still have the same problem over and over again.



Maybe it is that OS ML does not support this kind of account? Although with Outlook it works immediately...

You still aren't providing nearly enough information.

What port numbers are you using? What port numbers should you be using?

Is SSL on or off? Should it be on or off?

What authentication method are you using? What authentication method should you be using?

Even if you told us all of that, we couldn't help unless we knew the username and password. This is why you really need to work it out with the email provider.
