I'm 16 years old and I'm planning on creating an app. I will be learning this through trial-and-error (that's how I learned html, css, etc.). It'll take me a while to learn, of course, but that's not the point of this thread. I'm wondering, how old do you have to be to have your app on the App Store? Or is there no age restrictions?

18 and older I believe. I'm in the approximately-same boat as you are in. I'm 15 and I'm starting to code my app during winter break. Just get one of your parents to sign up for you, and then use their credentials to push out your app.

Good idea. It'll probably take me 3 years to create an app anyway, at this rate ;D

You could go through the trouble of starting an official business, that way you could do it in your own name. But going through your parents is alot easier, and what I'll likely do (I'm 15) if I ever finish my app, which is only a matter of time and putting in effort. I'm just too lazy lol.
