Age Limit to Register the Phone

I am only 15, my father hates in every way. To make things worse, he's a computer repair guy...im not here to complain that my father hates .

I wan't an iPhone, it's $600 and it's something i'd totally buy, but my family has been giving me the hardest time saying it's a waste. I can careless, say if I bought the iPhone at AT&T today, even though I am 16 can I sign up for a contract? I have a credit card, I have a Social Security number and everything that's really needed on the form.

My question is, do you have to be 18 to have a cell phone contract?

I think they could tell with the credit check, still if you get past the credit check you might be screwed if you need it to be repaired.

Yeah you have to be over 18 to sign a phone contract (Well like a virtual sign in this case..)
