I have a few different iMac 12,2 models that run fine on Linux, Windows, or Mojave or older MacOS. I have replaced the internal drives with SSDs and used OCLP to install Big Sur (and/or Monterey). They are ALL getting kernel panics and randomly rebooting - most frequently I'm seeing it related to "set Power State" and "AHCIDiskManagerQueue".

I'm not sure if this is related to the SSD swap or just some other random thing within the newer unsupported MacOS versions. This isn't my first rodeo - I am a professional IT manager supporting hundreds of Macs - but I haven't been able to nail down a specific cause or fix for these. I'd hate to give up on them since they are i7 models with 32gb RAM and still quite capable.

Any ideas?

Have you used the latest version 0.4.11 of OCLP to install the OS? I'm seeing the same thing on my 2011 27 inch iMac but I haven't yet updated from Monterey 12.4.
