our printer broke down so we got a new one, now here's the problem. . .
our cd drive is pissed at me or something but it just won't work so we can't install the printers driver with the cd, so i can download the driver from the web site, right? i did and i expanded it but when it was done expanding an error window said "An error has occurred while expanding the file 'CJMX35L1.hqx' (Archive was compressed with an unknown compression method). Error #17535
then when i try to open the document looking icon it says "There is no application available to open the document.
this is on a imac osx 10.1.5 and a lexmark Z25 printer

yeah, a reinstall might fix your CD problem.
And most of the printing structure was redone in OS10.2 versus OS10.1
(not to mention the archive that your unstuffing might have been stuffed under a newer stuffit engine)

Upgrading to 10.2 or 10.3 will probably solve your problem.

OSX 10.2 via ebay
OSX 10.3 via ebay

hahahaha

people are still running 10.1?
I'd rather use Windows 98 than that dog!

I think I have stuffit 7.1, is there a newer version and does it cost something?
