Ahh! Password not working

Right major major problems.... My password has not changed, all that I have done is install a server and made a SMB file. I restarted and still there its telling me my password is wrong what has happened! Please help me!

What on earth are you talking about? Explain your problem more in-depth, please.

I agree we need more info, but for now some passwords can be reset from the OSX discs using the Password Manager.

I had such a problem with linux. I figured out that after an install of some software, the keyboard-layout was set to Englisch instead of german, with the result, that it typed an z whenever I pressed y and the other way round. Might be worth a try.
