iPad Pro AIG Apple Care One Claim Process (older devices)

Anyone Use the new apple care one for lost or stolen items?​

I filed a claim for a lost 6th generation iPad Pro 12.9 inch. Claim was approved immediately it's now been 5 days and still saying processing.​

Is this because the iPad is two generations old and they are trying to source it?​

I'll keep this thread open to track the progress. Any insights would be helpful especially if you are filing a claim for an older device.​

This AppleCare one for older products was launched in July 2025 so its pretty new when it comes to theft and loss for iPads.
