Anyone Use the new apple care one for lost or stolen items?
I filed a claim for a lost 6th generation iPad Pro 12.9 inch. Claim was approved immediately it's now been 5 days and still saying processing.
Is this because the iPad is two generations old and they are trying to source it?
I'll keep this thread open to track the progress. Any insights would be helpful especially if you are filing a claim for an older device.
This AppleCare one for older products was launched in July 2025 so its pretty new when it comes to theft and loss for iPads.
