Just enter in an air 3 with applecare due to the bright spot issue. I have 2 questions:
- They didn’t had an air 3 to swap it, they ordered back and told me in 3-4 days I should have news... there is any possibility apple won’t have it and sent me something else or propose I pay a difference for an upgrade?

-what happens with the warranty of the new one? I will have only what was left from the original? And how probable is to get the same issue on the new one? They ever fix it?

Thanks!

I don't think they fixed the white spot before introducing the iPad Air 4 and discontinuing the iPad Air 3.

A service device likely comes with 90 days warranty and likely not extending the initial warranty period except if you were at the end already. But please confirm with apple rather than take our guesses.
