I just bought the pro 2nd gen, and paired with my iphone and macbook pro.

I can see it in the Find my listing on the iphone, but not on my laptop, and when I log in to my apple ID on the apple website, the airpods are not listed as a trusted device - and ideas why?

Hi

I seem to have a weird bug. Using 18.2 and latest AirPods firmware.

Logging into iCloud.com/find AirPods appear with correct name and location. Using my phone or iPad, incorrect name (name before i changed them and no location - mismatch - odd as they work and there is no mismatch).

Anyone else?

Mine is the opposite.

I can see my Airpods 4 on the website and see location, play sound via the case using the web.
However, in the app on the iPhone, no location, mismatch earphones and setup not complete message pops up.

Makes no sense.

I do see my AirPods on my Mac, but they do not show up under devices on the Apple ID website - none of my Apple earbuds do. I also have Beats Fit Pro and an old pair of Beats Flex - they both show on Find My, but the Apple ID website. For me the site shows only Macs, iPhone, iPad, Apple TVs, and Apple Watches.

Thanks for replying.

All my devices show up in the website and iPhone app. Just not the new AirPods 4. I can only suspect it’s a bug.

reboot the phone, I've had AirTag weirdness with 18.2 that rebooting sorted.
