Air pod pro press and hold settings

Air pod pro press and hold settings to change action on either AirPod are reverting to the default “noise cancellation ” setting every evening around midnight. I need to change to my choice of settings every morning and my personal settings then last until around midnight when they revert back to default on their own. Started after iOS 14. Anyone else seeing this?? Any fix???

Have you been discovering them on a non-IOS device daily? That used to happen to me with my old Bluetooth adapter for my Windows 10 PC - always needed to discover the APP, & then also needed to re-discover them on IOS devices.

Happened to me once a couple of days ago whilst at gym. First time it's happened in a very long time. It was also the first time i'd been at gym since March so not sure if detecting that wifi network (I didn't let it connect) had anything to do with it. Been good since. Weird.
