Air pod pros

I got my set of air pod pros last Thursday. It seems like sometimes when I have them in an change from noise cancellation or transparency or off. One stays on one setting and the other goes to the setting I chose. Like for instance today I switched to noise cancellation but one was acting like it was on transparency. Not sure why this is or if it’s all in my head. Luckily I still have my air pod 2’s because I am not 100 percent sure I will keep these.
