AirPods Pro

Model number: A2084, A2083
Year introduced: 2019

My Airpod pros just recently started acting up. I can connect them to my iPhone 10. OS:16.7 but only one works the right one. I was instructed to disconnect and "Forget this Device" and reconnect. I went to settings and the balance was correct. I reconnect the Airpods and now the Left one works and the right one doesn't !?!?!?!?! So I repeat all the steps again and then the right one works and left is out. Every time I try to remedy this issues the one side goes out and the other works the case and headphones are fully charged !?!?!?!? What should I do next!?!?!?

try resetting airpods,
also connect to another device to see if problem persists.
Might altogether delete from iphone and pair anew.
Also reset iPhones' network settings.

I did a search on how to reset iPhone NW settings I found this ( See Below ) I have ios 16.7.2 . I followed the steps but i dont see Reset Network Settings. I see " Get Started" "RESET" and "Erase All Content and Setting."
What Should I do next.

Reset your network settings
If you're using iOS or iPad OS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPad OS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset >
Reset Network Settings.
