I have been going to sleep using Air Pods for about 2 months now.

last night when I awoke in the middle of the night the room was spinning, I lost my balance and was very giddy. I felt sweaty although my forehead was cold and I felt sick. Now, about 8 hours later, I feel better but still have dizziness sometimes when I get up or move my head.

I do not take any form of drugs as my health is very good. I have no problem with blood pressure or sugar levels and so on. I have never taken a sleeping pill in my life. Non smoker. Moderate drinker.

I am not saying that the Air Pods caused this problem but having read a few disturbing posts about them, have decided to never use them again and see if the problem I have now will clear up.

any comments or advice would be welcome.

Stuart.

Thanks. Made an appointment to see the Doc. Wednesday. Lucky that I live in Bulgaria. If I were in England I’d have to wait 2 weeks at least.

I've fallen asleep often using wired apple earbuds, and never had anything similar. Had you previously ever used wired earbuds of any type to fall asleep?
