AirDrop broken in 9.3

After updating to 9.3 i no longer can send or receive anything using AirDrop. Tried restoring, but it still doesn't work. Mac to iPad and iPad to Mac works fine, but iPhone to or from Mac/iPad does not.

Anyone else has this issue?

AirPlay also seems pretty funky trying to use a 2nd generation AppleTV box.

Until Now it worked surprisingly well for me.

When I have issues I just turn off wifi and turn it back on and that typically works to clear the issue. Every time I have an ongoing issue with Airdrop, resetting network settings on all affected devices seems to clear it up.
