iPhone 15 Pro Max Airdrop is too slow between 15PM and MBP 14

Since I started using 15PM, I do experience that Airdroping from iPhone to Macbook Pro 14 takes too long. It identifies my mac but connection takes much longer. To send same file from Mac to iPhone doesn't take so long. I have tested sending to iPad, it works fine, sending from iPad to Mac is fast. When I had my 12PM, never had such problem. Has anyone else do have such problem? Any solutions?

To send a 878kb file from iPhone to MBP
Waiting for 30 seconds
Sending takes another 10-12 seconds.

To send same file from Mac to iPhone : 5 seconds.
