Airdrop not working correctly on iOS 17 and iPhone 15 series

Anyone else having issues with airdrop on iOS 17 or the new phones?

Mine has been terrible. It keeps stating that airdrop has been declined and failed.

It will only work if I reset network settings or reboot the phone.

Not sure if this is an iOS 16 bug or what.

Really annoying to deal with.

I'm having the same problem with my iPhone SE (2) and iPad 8 running the latest version 17 iPadOS/iOS. I can airdrop from my macbook (Sonoma) to other iOS/iPadOS devices, but not between iOS/iPadOS device as the airdrops keep being declined.

Has this resolved for you? I usualy send files from my stacked out iMac (latest intel version basically fully build) to my iPad Pro M1. And it just stoped working. No matter if it's a 10mb mp3 or a 5gb mp4 file. Constantly "failed" instead of just sending the damn bites. Sometimes it works when I reboot both devices. It's super frustrating.
