Airline tickets not showing on lock screen

Hi,

Wonder if someon can help me! For a while now airline tickets have stopped showing up on my lock screen like they normally do based on location/time. I thought perhaps this was ever since I got my Apple watch but they don’t always show up in the notification pane there either.

Any ideas why this has just stopped working? Seems to still work my my colleagues phones.

They stopped for me during one of the 11.0 betas. I'm not sure when they started again, whether it was the iOS11 official release or the 11.1 beta, but it started working again a couple of weeks ago.

Just in case you didn't know, it's not the relevant airline apps which push the notifications, but the wallet app. So you need the boarding pass in the wallet, and then those will get pushed to the notification screen near-ish departure time.

Is this still an issue for anyone else.

Today, BA flight it’s set to show based on time and location, shows on Apple Watch but not phone. Anyone know why? 11.1 now.

I haven’t tried it on 11.1... It worked fine on 11.0.3.

It’s intermittent for me. I have to delete the boarding pass in the Wallet app and add it again through the airline app to get it to come back to the lock screen.
