that option is said to be coming out with IOS 6 if that's the only reason for jailbreaking I'd wait. I say that because I have no idea if your device is jailbroken.
I'm already jailbroken. You can see that in my signature

Possible? Yes
Will it happen? Probably not. I do believe that this would require driver hacking, and hacking iOS drivers has had little to no progress since the 3GS
If for some reason apple screws up and pisses of the hacker community by limiting who can do it or something stupid, then you might expect hackers to start working on it.
