Airplay from iPhone 4S to AppleTV 2

Hi all

I have the iPhone 4S and the black AppleTV, and when I try to airplay a movie shot on the iPhone which is 1080p it takes forever. I only have 802.11g network at home, but is it totally down to this or is it the fact that the AppleTV takes ages to process it??

I guess what I'm saying is should I get an 802.11n router or will the theoretical new AppleTV handle it??

Same here. I've always wondered why Airplay from iPad to ATV is ridiculously slow, but Airplay from Mac to ATV is very fast. So what exactly is going on?
