iPad Pro Airplay from Mac —> iPad Pro

So I can see my other Mac’s if I want to use Airplay to stream to other Mac’s. But my iPad Pro is not showing up as an airplay device to stream to. Anyone knows why that is?

All machines are updated to the latest operation systems.
