Airplay Mirroring Suddenley Poor

Hello

So I've been using airplay from a macbook pro for about a month now and it has been working great up until last night.

Last night the picture quality was terrible, very blurry. To the point that any video was blurred and pixelated to the point of being unable to watch it.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
It has come out of nowhere, like I say before yesterday picture quality was spot on.

I've gone through all the wifi things, turning on and off etc...
