Airplay missing from menu bar on Big Sur.

I use AirPlay a lot to several Apple TVs in the house. How do I the icon to use it back in the top menu bar in Big Sur?

I know I can go to Settings -> Display and turn it on/off, but that is so cumberson to use every time you need to use it.

How do you fix this?

Go into Control Centre. You will see Screen Mirroring. Hold down Option and drag the Screen Mirroring button to the Task Bar.

Also, for that and other things, you can do it from Settings --> Dock and Menu Bar. Just check the box for 'Show in Menu Bar'. You can use this method for quite a few things. That's where you can also remove them by un-checking the box.
