Greetings Everyone,

I bought an Apple TV with the sole purpose of using it to AirPlay FIFA 12 on my tv. I was a little surprised to find that FIFA 12 is the only one of my AirPlay-optimized apps that does not work! All of the other AirPlay enabled apps (MC3, Real Racing, etc) work perfectly.

When I load FIFA, however, the game image shows up on the TV for a split second, then the screen turns black. The game controls show up on my Ipad, replacing the normal display (so my iPad appears to think the game image is being broadcast on the TV).

I'm not sure why this is happening - I dont think its a connection issue as all of my other apps seem to work just fine. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Thanks in advance,

Niles

Hello, have you got it working? i saw exact same problem today, every other games works and not fifa 12, it was the only game what we wanted to play with appletv and now that doesn't work, C'MON! i really hope someone know solution for this.

by the way did you have sound but no picture? we have sound but no picture, picture only show like half second.

Also we tested it with two different tv and with two iPad 3, and Apple TV box is the newest one and no luck

Have you found solution already?

I found this, maybe this helps i dont know, i cant test it until tomorrow.

samekind problem with real racing 2: and solution: "Got it working. I always launched the game, then activate AirPlay.
I quit the app completely, activate AirPlay, launch game. Now I see intro and the rest of the game."

so it means you need to close the app from multitasking bar, i never did that when i tested it many ways.

I hope this works for you and us too!
