AirPlay Sync Issues

I have ML and AppleTV and I have been messing around with airplay mirroring. It is cool but when you play a YouTube video, it is not synched with the audio. It is all about half a second to a second apart. The video works fine on my iMac and as soon as I hit mirroring it falls out of sync. Anyone having this issue?
