Hi,
I have got a Mac mini (late 2012), I don't use it anymore so I connected it to my tv and I'd like to use it as an Apple TV.
I found an app calle "Reflector" but it isn't free. Is there an alternative to this app? Possibly free? Or (way better) some function integrated in MacOS that allow me to use airplay form my iPhone to the Mac?

I dont think there would be a free app allows you to do that and no, macOS doesn't have airplay input built-in (only output).
However you may want to try airserver, a paid app that does what you wanted and might be the best on the market.

The best I´ve tried is air server, it makes your Mac appear to other devices as an airplay receiver; you can stream audio and video, share your iOS and macOS screens.
