Airplay VIDEO ONLY from iTunes to ATV3

As the title says, I want to stream video from my mac (a movie I have in my iTunes, which isn't purchased so I can't watch it natively on the ATV either) but not the audio, since I have studio monitors plugged into my laptop (through an audio interface).

MY question is is there a way, assuming there is a way, to stream ONLY the video to the ATV, so my sound can go through my mac to the audio interface to my studio monitors? I want to watch the video on the big screen that the ATV is connected to but I want earth shaking sound from my monitors :cool:
