My problem is that I can't stream movies via Airplay on certain websites. For example: I can play videos from a site (rainiertamayo.com) on my computer but as soon as I switch on mirroring via the Apple tv, the stream freezes and won't play anymore. It had been working just fine for a few months, but stopped all of the sudden. I've got a MacbookPro from 2011, a brand new 3rd gen Appletv and a Sony Bravia tv. All the apps work/stream great. I'm able to use Airplay to mirror my screen to surf the web, use other websites to stream videos but this one won't work.

Does the site or Apple have some sort of restriction on this?

I'm have the same problem. Tried on my iPad even with different browsers. It will mirror the site but when I try to expand the video to full screen it goes black and won't work.

It appears that site is not reputable. (http://scamanalyze.com/check/donnaplay.com.html)
I would wager they are pirates.

That would probably explain it. I'm still not happy with the Apple TV 4th generation overall. My Bluetooth headphones won't work with it, they don't have an Amazon app and I just don't think it's worth it. If it was less expensive I could justify it. I have an older, refurbished Apple TV that I paid A LOT less for and that's good enough.
