With IOS18 , Apple included support to Dolby Atmos via AirPlay.
Do you know wether is has been activated with recent version of IOS18 or if has not been released yet?
When sending music via Apple TV4k to Sony theater bar 9 , Dolby atmos is supported
However, when sending music via AirPlay using my iPhone 13Pro with IOS18 to the soundbar, music seems to stay in stereo
Last information about Dolby atmos support with AirPlay was related during the summer but I didn’t see any new Apple communication about it since then. Apple support pages doesn’t seem to mention it either
