AirPod Pro 2 caseless

I currently own the AirPods Pro but I’ve always had a case on it. Anybody had them without a case? How did they hold up?

Looks a lot like mine. I thought it was silly to put a case on something that’s so disposable. What’s the best way to retire these?

Seems like the only options are:

- sell
- pass down to family
- donate?
- recycle with Apple

I've never understood the need to have a case for a case. I'd rather have a few light scratches on the plastic after nearly three years of use than extra bulk in my pocket.

I have mine n a case so I can attach an AirTag, which is vital for me as I tend to misplace my AirPods on a regular basis. One more incentive to upgrade to the AP2.
