Hi all!
Has anyone else had this issue with their airpods? It randomly happened in my right ear and it was so loud it hurt and I had to quickly pull the bud out. It was connected to my mac and I was on a voip conference call, left earbud was fine. This is my 3rd set of airpods over the years and never had this issue.
I put the earbud on my desk and took a video so you can hear the weird loud noises coming out.
Contacted Apple and they won't send me a new one unless I send back this one or go into a store, which I don't have the time for. Luckily they're new enough that amazon is doing an exchange for me. What a miss on Apple to investigate why their brand new Airpods are potentially damaging people's ears.
