I was running the Ear Fit Test on my AirPod Pro's with my iPhone connected to my Macbook and was noting down the debug output of the ear fit test. I received the following values for the different ear tip sizes:

The last two values in each series - The SealMetricL/R, seem to be the 'final result' of the test. My question is - can anyone confirm what each means? As far as I can tell, you want the highest positive number. Negative always results in "Bad Fit" on the testscreen, whereas any number higher than around -2 seems to show 'good fit'. I think positive numbers are better as I was able to hold the airpid in my hand, closing all mic holes and the earcup, and received a value of 9.5, which I assume is around the maximum you can get.
Can someone confirm that the higher the number the better? Or for that matter confirm exactly what the numbers represent?
