I use my older Airpods much more than my APP. Is it just me, or I cannot get them to seat right. They are constantly falling out, even with the largest tip size. Case in point - again- yesterday , just standing there having a conversation....must have had them on for about 1 hr or so. Anyhow, I was talking and just tilted my head ever so slightly and the APP came out of the ear .

What am I missing ? I've even done online searches, you tube searches, etc....

Is it both ears, or just one? I had a problem where one of mine stayed in great, but the other would always slip out. Turns out, I just have a smaller ear canal in the ear in which the the AirPod kept slipping out, and I’m now using one medium tip for one AirPod and one small tip for the other.

Im on the largest tip and it's no indifference to left or right.

This was a big problem for me with the Pros which I solved with the Comply Foam tips. There's a long thread about foam tips here in the forum, there are several options for tip suppliers.

I also have the Comply tips and they helped me tremendously. Your mileage may vary, of course.

I found that the smallest tips in the pack helped me. They never felt right until I put on the small tips and now they fit like a glove. Never fall out now.

had same issue. No matter which tip. Always falling out. Had to return the Pro’s and buy a new set of AirPod 2 (gave precious set to my son).

For now just going to stick with the AirPod 2. Maybe the next gen Pro’s will fit better.

For me it’s more like a constant feeling of falling out but they don’t actually fall out so I keep pushing them further in to make sure they don’t actually fall out. I should actually stop doing that and risking it to see if they would actually fall out or if it’s just a feeling from my ears.

one time they fell out when I was taking off my face mask and the left one stopped working until I reset them in the case. I was like noooooo just my luck! for a moment

Pros fit me way better than my older regular AirPods. To a degree where I wouldn’t want to go back.

It’s great to be able to try different foam tips etc, but at the end of the day our ears are specific to us and some stuff just fits better and some doesn’t. That to me is normal in the in-ear headphone world.
