Recently the right AirPod Pro has developed persistent static. It is more noticeable in some applications than others. It is also present when I am in different physical locations (home, gym) with different surroundings and wifi signals. I have examined the AirPod itself, it is clean no debris or obstructions. Any thoughts? Thanks.

My right airpod pro about 2 weeks ago developed something akin to this, only in ANC or transparency modes. I took it to the Apple store and they ordered me a replacement right bud. A week has gone by, the new right bud is now waiting for me at the store, but now my left bud is doing this, the right one is now fine. I've traced it back the microphone, but I dont know how it got his way or how my right bud got fixed. This honestly sucks considering it took 2 weeks for these things to stop hurting my ears, now they break down.

I'm not sure if I'm experiencing the exact thing being reported here but I occasionally get a low volume static/popping sound when using my APP. When this happens, I change the playback to iPhone and then back to the APP and it goes away. Happens maybe once a day, which isn't too bad, but annoying in a high priced item like this.

Not in my AirPods... Maybe a defective unit ?
