Anyone else OCD like me looking for a case that'll keep your airpods charging case scratch free and relatively well protected, just got my podskinz today and so far so good.. Only worry is that they might get kinda linty in my pocket being silicone but I think I'd take linty over scratched most days.. yay :)

Thanks for this.

I've used normal EarPods while on the go for a few years and have always put them back in their plastic case when done using them. The case is scratched to hell, which is something I don't want to happen to my AirPods when they finally arrive.

Does the silicone move around a lot, especially on the top of the case, or does it stay in place for the most part?

The case itself seems like a perfect fit, kind of like a tight sleeve. doesn't move around at all the lid only pops off if you push it off with a bit of force. Otherwise, the case has been good to me.

Nice. Thanks. I'll be ordering one so when my AirPods arrive in a month, the case will stay nice and scratch-free.

Has the case started to turn yellow at all yet?

I do feel for you and I hope this case helps your habit, just thank the gods that you don't really have OCD or you would have the below symptoms.

OCD is diagnosed when the obsessions and compulsions:

  • Consume excessive amounts of time (approximately an hour or more)
  • Cause significant distress and anguish
  • Interfere with daily functioning at home, school or work, including social activities and family life and relationships.
Hope the case/skin helps with your habit.

Looks good! I ordered pretty much the same thing from eBay a few weeks ago. As soon as they were released I was waiting for someone to make a case for the case. Can't have it getting scratched :D

Very nice indeed. The case scratches almost instantly too.... Mine has either been in my sport coat or in my dress pants. By itself I might add.. Compiling quite the amount of scratches on it.

Got barbwire in your pockets? I have had my AirPods for a month and keep in my dress pants at work on the weekdays and jeans pockets on the weekends. Not a mark.

Checkout this new case on Amazon. I just ordered and it is very sleek.

Also, it allows me to attach to the inside of my backpack so i don't have to carry around the case
