I have a pair of the 1st Generation AirPods. I love them but often times the battery dies when on a call of an hour or more. I'm seeing that the AirPod Pros are advertised to offer longer talk time on a charge but I'm curious what the reality is. What is the actual talk time you guys are experiencing between the 1st gen AirPods and AirPod Pros? I'm also curious what the talk time difference is between the 1st and 2nd gen AirPods if any.

I talked on my Airpods Pro for 2 hrs and 10 min this morning. I used both AirPods (I did not switch between single AirPods) and when done I had 35% remaining battery. They were fully charged when I started talking. I switched back and forth between noice cancellation and transparency mode while talking.

My old AirPods (gen 1) had much worse talk time but the comparison is not fair since they were two years old. I can’t remember the exact talk time when they were new.
