Hi!
I have to reset my AirPods weekly to factory settings, because the right AirPod stops working until I reset my AirPods to factory settings and then it starts working again.
I just resetted my AirPods again and now they work fine. Left one always works.

Had to reset it again today. Anyone knows a permanent solution or what's wrong?

The original AirPods were really a pain to keep working on both sides. Mine would randomly drop one side or the other on occasion and would stay offline until I had jumped through all sorts of hoops. I eventually bought some AirPods 3, and they worked flawlessly every time. I suspect it's the chip upgrade that make them work so much better. Also, my original AirPods battery life was terrible, and after about 9 months they would only last 45 minute on a phone call. I haven't had that issue since with either my AirPods 3 or my AirPods Pro.

My advice: Get the 2nd Gen AirPods or up, and your problems will go away. Otherwise you'll have to keep fighting them.
