Hi,

I just picked up some Airpods 2 yesterday and put them on my wireless charger. They seemed to start charging then it just stopped and a few minutes later started charging again? I have a tzumi Qi charging pad that I have used to charge my iphone X with no problems to date. Anybody else having this issue? I already tried to unplug my wireless charger to reset it but it behaved the same way. I will be contacting Apple support today to see what they say.

Thanks,

I was about to start a thread about wirelessly charging the AirPods. I bought a pair when they came out earlier this year, but they would start charging, then stop after a few seconds. I returned them as a result and just soldiered on with my Gen 1s. I just bought another pair of the wireless ones and plopped them on my charger, a RavPower model I have a few of, and the same thing happened. I assume it is the charger and was going to ask for recommendations for chargers people are currently using that work, but I'm definitely following this thread. Please post back with anything you hear from Apple.

I repaired my Airpods 2 to my phone and for some reasons it is charging just fine now. This is what Apple suggested to do! Good luck.
