Hello,
possible first time AirPods user here.

I'm wondering if anyone with the second generation AirPods (not Pro) can tell if they have any noise leakage of music.

At what volume level could someone in close proximity here my music, and or make out the words of the song?

Is the volume leakage the same or similar to the old EarPods? I'm familiar with those.

The noise leakage is bad. I brought them on a trip to Germany earlier this summer and wore them in the "quiet" car of the train I was on. 15 minutes into the ride the guy in front of me got up and asked if I could turn my music down. I was embarrassed, and every time I wore them in public after that I was self conscious about my volume level. Since the design is basically the same as the wired EarPods I would think the noise leakage is more or less the same. I can say though that the Airpods Pro are much better, FWIW.

LOL. That's always have been a fear of mine.
