Hi guys,

I used my AirPods (2nd gen) a few times during the last days and now I wanted to use them again and I noticed that the battery of both the AirPods and the case is at 0%.

Anyone else also encountered this issue and knows a solution?

Thanks :)

Did you put them in the case (that is plugged in for charging) to be charged between uses? Especially over the long stretch when you didn't use them?

Yes, they have been in the case. I didn't use them for quite some time. During this time they were in the case which I didn't charge during this time period and then I used them for a few times. But I believe the battery reading was still okay at first. That's why I was surprised that after a few days with minimal use both the AirPods and the case were at 0%.
